CR Alumni: Former Mass. CR Becomes State Party Executive Director

By punch bowl | August 20, 2007

Former MACR Executive Director Rob Willington is now the Executive Director of the Massachusetts Republican Party. Willington fills the vacany caused by the moving on of Brian Dodge who chose to take a job as the Executive Director of the Massachusetts Republican State Committee.

The Massachusetts College Republican blog reports that:

In college, Rob served as Executive Director of the MACR under Chairman Barry Flynn from 1999-2000.

The MACR blog also notes that, Flynn is the new communications director of John McCain’s campaign in New Hampshire.

In ending, the MACR states:

Rob’s success and determination should serve as an inspiration to current College Republicans in the Bay State. This is still more proof that College Republicans really do make a difference.

We here at CR Naton couldn’t agree more. College Republicans do make a difference.
