Congress to pass CR Resolution…

…but not that kind of “CR”, even though we deserve it.

Later this week Congress will most likely pass a series of continuing resolutions , since not one of the 12 appropriations bills has yet passed.

The government’s fiscal year ends Oct. 1 and if continuing resolutions are not passed in the absence of the enactment of appropriation bills, then the government would shut down due to lack of $$$.

And last year, Harry Reid condemned Republicans for doing a poor (slow) job passing the budget…
