Newt will not run for President
By sage of monticello | September 29, 2007
Newt Gingrich has passed at a run for president because a run for president would preclude his chairmanship of his tax-exempt political organization American Solutions - Winning America’s Future, which is something Newt is apparently unwilling to give up at this point.
According to Gingrich spokesman Rick Tyler:
Newt is not running. It is legally impermissible for him to continue on as chairman of American Solutions (for Winning the Future) and to explore a campaign for president. [Newt had decided] to continue raising the challenges America faces and finding solutions to those challenges as the group’s chairman rather than pursuing the presidency.

Yeah, which means, he does not have a chance to win.
Glad he finally made a decision…now people in GA can feel confident in supporting an actual candidate for President!
