Zatkoff camp responds…

If you’ve been following MFCR politics in recent weeks, you’d know political hack Dave DRWENCKE is running for state chair. Instead of playing fair, Drwencke is desperate to win and willing to do whatever it takes to oust our duly-elected state chair, Justin Zatkoff.
Recall that Drwencke ran in 2006 against Dan CARLSON, losing in a landslide. So why is he running again?
Well, we don’t know, but it’s likely an attempt to pad his resume in the hopes of landing a job with an ‘08 campaign. Drwencke is one of those career political operatives, working for anyone. He worked for the state party as well as Dick DeVOS for governor and Mike BOUCHARD for Senate campaigns in ‘06, and recently took a job with the non-partisan Leadership Institute; though sources say he quit earlier this month.
According to Drwencke’s Web site, he is running for MFCR chair because “we need to be at our best for the presidential, U.S. Congress, state House and countless local races coming up in 2008.” But sources say the real reason is political revenge.
You see, Drwencke was embarrassed last time around and his team of losers (notorious gossipwhore Joe SYLVESTER, the annoying stalker Chris ARNDT, racist redneck Dennis BENTLEY, Reform Caucus webmaster Stu KELLY, and womanizing college dropout Trevor PITTSLEY) want to destroy our current organization because they never win. These people consistently back failed candidates; candidates the grassroots of the party doesn’t support and they routinely lose when going before delegates at state conventions.
Sources also say Drwencke is backed up by far-right radicals like Morgan WILKINS, who brought shame to College Republicans with “Catch an Illegal Immigrant Day” and her immature recruiting tactics like promising to makeout with people who sign up new students.
So next time you see Drwencke, ask him why he won’t work within the system. Our party is fractured enough and we can’t afford more infighting as we head into the crucial ‘08 election with lefties like Hillary CLINTON, Barack OBAMA, and John EDWARDS poised to become president.
My only question is did anyone ever actually get to make out with Morgan?…

Earth to Zatkoff: If this guy ran against Dan Carlson, he is already my favorite in this race, notwithstanding what I said earlier.

I find it hilarious that Zatkoff is pitching himself as the “fair” candidate in the race. This from the guy who refuses to distribute the MFCR constitution.

I am glad that CR Nation called this anonymous email just what it is… The Zatkoff peoples response.
Moments after this email went out, the ever childish Zatkoff did a post on his blog accusing the Dave Drwencke people of attacking themselves. I mean wtf?! He needs to get a grip.
I would like to also take note with Zatkoffs email that says Dave lost in a landslide to Carlson…
If you put me in charge of credentials, Zatkoff would get no more then 10 votes. Hopefully that gives the readers of this blog a picture as to what happened in that election.
It also important to note that Zatkoff did the same thing as his master Dan Carlson… he stacked the credentials committee with his staunchest supporters. He’s so blatant about it, he even appointed someone who split her school in half because she pulled a credentials stunt.
This isn’t just shady underhanded stuff…this is in your face cheating.
