Smoking for Healtcare: It’s Just Dumb

Democrats want to fund SCHIP by increasing taxes on tobacco products. However, the tax increase with the current number of smokers will not cover the entire cost of the bill. Even so, smoking for healthcare just seems dumb, as the below video makes vividly clear.
