Kyle Bristow resigns from YAF post

By punch bowl | February 25, 2008

Kyle Bristow, the Michigan State University student, who has made headlines as chairman of Young Americans for Freedom has resigned.

A statement was released on the group’s blog late Sunday.

Bristow’s group was “hate group listed” by the liberal Southern Poverty Law Center after it opposed a proposed Lansing City Council “human rights ordinance” extending protections to transsexuals and homosexuals.

The resignation statement can be read here.

Anyone who has talked to Bristow knows he’s a big racist. We should be careful and distance ourselves from that kind of trash.

He’s going to end up at a crappy law school and find himself doing bottom-feeder work like the rest of that Michigan activist crowd.
