Smith appointed E.D. in Missouri

Justin Smith has previously been the Missouri College Republicans executive director, secretary, vice-chair, and chairman; and after some time off, Mr. Smith once again holds an official position.
His law school roommate, Jeremy Hagen (who, if you remember, is the newly elected chairman of the MO College Republicans) appointed Mr. Smith to the E.D. position yesterday.
Having been MOCR executive director (twice now), secretary, vice-chair and chair; CR Nation wonders if Mr. Smith is batting for the cycle?
