New STORM impact levels

The CRNC has recently has seen fit to rename the STORM impact levels. The newly renamed levels are as follows, listed from smallest to largest:
Raindrop
Drizzle
Storm Cloud
Thunder Clap
Lightning Bolt
Cyclone
Hurricane
