State of affairs in IL

Word is that Illinois recently welcomed three new chapters: Elmhurst, SIU Edwardsville and SWIC.
It was further mentioned that the IL CRs are in the process of drafting a new constitution for the state board to vote on. Anyone know what changes are being proposed? Feel free to comment…
Lastly, I am told that the executive board has been working hard to rebuild relationships with chapter chairs that were damaged during and after the Binning-Kotecki incident late last fall and early winter.
