There seem to be a lot of regular CRs on this list meaning that use of STORM may be moving beyond the CRNC and state chairs, which would be a good thing.

Aakash Raut was the longtime chairman at the University of Illinois at Springfield – http://www.uisgop.com – one of the leading chapters in the state for many years.
Mike Moehlenhoff is a CR at Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio.
Paulette Tolene is also of Illinois, (former?) Chair of Northern Illinois University (Binning’s and Szydlowski’s college)
and those are the only names I know/remember. It’s good to see Illinois receive 10% of the available slots.
