College Republican alum Rob Lee is running for school board in Illinois. His website credits his candidacy on his passion for a good education.
Mr. Lee is the former executive director of the Nevada College Republicans and was a CRNC field representative in 2004.

The Missouri College Republicans recently held a statewide conference call to set a convention date. Their convention will be held April 4 at the University of Missouri-Columbia.

As if there was not enough news coming out of the Land of Lincoln, a CR Nation mole from southern Illinois reports that Meagan Szydlowski will run for re-election in the spring.
The mole also reports that an opposition ticket is being formed and is actively soliciting votes from Ms. Szydlowski’s home school of Northern Illinois University, exploiting a alleged recent split in that school’s CR chapter.
