British newspaper ranks most influential conservatives

The London Telegraph has ranked the top 100 conservatives and liberals on the basis of influence. View the list here.
The credibility of the list is compromised, in my mind, when Rudy Giuliani is the most influential conservative in America, ahead of Newt (#4), Rush (#5) and the Vice President (#6). What other rankings surprised you?
