Maybe that is because, according to Rasmussen, only 34% believe politically-charged-celebrity-benefits, like Live Earth, actually help the cause.

Live Earth will produce about 74,500 tons of the gas. We would have to plant 100,000 trees to offset the effect of Live Earth.
Is it just me, or do these Live Earth Concerts defeat their purpose kind of like serving alcohol at AA meetings?
